These terms apply to every use of this website and every order placed with Chaman Knit, a Partnership Firm (GSTIN 03AAOFC1105C1ZA), 316, Daresi Road, Street Number 4, near Police Station Div, Ludhiana, Punjab 141008, India ("Chaman Knit", "we", "us"). By using the website or placing an order you accept these terms.

1. Wholesale only

We are a manufacturer and wholesaler. The catalog and prices are for retailers, shop owners and resellers buying in wholesale quantity. Minimum order quantities, set / size combinations and packing are as shown on the product or as confirmed by our team.

2. Products and prices

• Product photos are for reference. Actual colour, shade and print may vary slightly due to lighting, screens and dye lots.
• Prices are wholesale prices exclusive of GST. GST is charged extra on the invoice as per government rates.
• Prices, designs and stock can change without notice. The price and stock confirmed by our team at the time of order is final.

3. Orders and payment

• An order placed on the website, by phone or on WhatsApp is confirmed only after our team confirms it and the agreed advance / payment is received.
• Payment is accepted only in our firm's name, Chaman Knit. Always confirm bank details with us on our official number before paying. We are not responsible for payments made to any other account or through any other website or app.
• A GST tax invoice is issued for every order.

4. Dispatch and delivery

• Goods are dispatched through the transporter / courier agreed with you. Freight charges and delivery time are confirmed at the time of order.
• Delivery dates given are estimates; delays by the transporter, weather, strikes or other causes outside our control are not our responsibility.
• Please check the parcel on delivery and note any visible damage or shortage on the transporter's receipt.

5. Returns and exchange — manufacturing defects only

• Goods once sold are not returnable, except for a genuine manufacturing defect.
• A defect must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery, with a clear unboxing video of the parcel and photos of the defective pieces.
• After checking, we will exchange the defective pieces or give a credit note against your next order. Cash refunds are not given.
• Not covered: change of mind, size / colour preference, slow-moving stock, slight colour variation, or damage caused by washing, alteration or wrong handling after delivery.
• Defective goods must be returned unused, with original tags and packing, as instructed by our team.

6. Use of the website

• Product photos, brand names, logos and content on this website belong to Chaman Knit or the respective brands. Do not copy or reuse them without written permission.
• Do not misuse the website, submit false details, or try to access areas you are not permitted to.
• Your use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the invoice value of the goods in that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of profit or business.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ludhiana, Punjab.
