Ordering

How do I place an order?
Create an account, browse products, tap "Add to cart" on any item, then go to your cart and complete checkout with your delivery address.
Do I need an account to browse?
No. You can browse the entire catalog without signing in. An account is needed only to save a cart or place an order.
How do I share a product with friends?
On any product page tap the green WhatsApp "Share" button — the product image, name and price open ready to forward.

Payments & pricing

What payment methods are accepted?
Right now orders are placed online and our team contacts you to confirm payment (UPI, bank transfer, or cash-on-delivery wherever available). Online payment integration is coming soon.
Are the prices fixed?
Listed prices are wholesale rates. For bulk enquiries please use the Contact page — we offer slab-based discounts.

Delivery

Where do you ship?
We ship across India. Local Ludhiana deliveries are usually same-day; outstation orders go via partnered courier.
How long does delivery take?
Within Punjab: 1–3 working days. Rest of India: 3–7 working days depending on courier service.

Returns

Can I return an item?
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unworn, tagged items with the original packing. Contact us first via the Contact page or WhatsApp.
What if the product is defective?
Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery via the Contact page and we will replace it or refund.

I forgot my password.
Please contact us with your registered email/phone and we will reset it. Self-serve password reset is coming soon.
Can I login with my phone?
Yes. The login screen accepts your username, email or 10-digit mobile.
