This policy explains what information we collect when you use our wholesale catalog, and how we use it. By using the website you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Details you give us — name, mobile number, city, shop name, first-order budget, product categories you deal in, whether you visit Ludhiana, and anything you write in an enquiry, order or WhatsApp message.
• Account details — if you create an account: your name, mobile number, address and order history.
• Usage information — pages and products viewed, the link or ad that brought you here (for example UTM campaign tags), device and browser type, and a hashed (scrambled) form of your IP address.

2. How we use it

• To show you wholesale prices and the catalog.
• To call you or message you on WhatsApp about products, prices, orders and offers you asked about.
• To process, pack, invoice (GST) and dispatch your orders.
• To understand which products and advertisements work, and to improve the website.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.

3. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies so you don't have to fill the form again on every visit, to keep your cart, and to remember which campaign brought you to us. We also use Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics and may use Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure visits, form submissions and Call / WhatsApp clicks. These services may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies. We do not send your name or mobile number to these analytics tools. 4. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with:

• our own sales staff, and the brand / vendor whose products you enquire about or order;
• transporters and courier companies, to deliver your order;
• service providers who run the website for us (hosting, SMS / OTP, WhatsApp, analytics);
• government or legal authorities, when the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your details while you are our customer or prospective customer, and as long as tax and accounting laws require for invoices and orders. You can ask us to delete your details at any time (see section 7); records we must keep by law will be retained.

We use HTTPS encryption, password / OTP-protected staff access and limited internal access to protect your data. No website is 100% secure, but we take reasonable care as required under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal details we hold about you, or to stop marketing calls and messages. Just call or WhatsApp us, or email us, using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time.
